If we discover a gross violation of our security rules, damage to equipment, or unauthorized access to premises, equipment, or keys by third parties, we reserve the right to file a criminal complaint in addition to immediately terminating your Moto membership without refund.
We protect what is most precious to us, and we expect the same from you 1000 percent.
At the same time, we are not liable for damage to property caused by theft.
